Sales & Marketing (Tiles Division)

Excellent Ceramics Group is proud to announce the launch of its premium tiles and sanitaryware brand, Milano, in the Bangladeshi market. To support this strategic expansion, we are seeking a dynamic, target-driven, and experienced professional for the position of AGM/DGM Marketing (Tiles Division) to lead our sales operations and drive sustainable business growth. Sales &

  • The ideal candidate will be a passionate problem-solver, strong team leader, and influential stakeholder manager who can enrich and strengthen our existing sales and operational team.

  • Prepare strategic sales plans and implement effective market expansion initiatives.

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team and field force.

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Monitor dealer performance and develop strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and corporate clients.

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

  • Result-driven with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

  • Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities.

  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities.

  • Ensure proper reporting, sales forecasting, and budget control.

  • Ensure proper execution of company policies and sales strategies in the field.

  • Prepare sales reports and present performance updates to management.

  • Prepare sales plans, route plans, and daily/weekly activity reports.

  • Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects' firm, developers, contractors, government agencies, commercial and private clients.

  • Coordinate with production, supply chain, Audit, Accounts and distribution departments for smooth Sales order processing and delivery.
