Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduate from any reputed University (Major in Accounting)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To execute accounts & finance related different transaction as per assignment.
∎ To be responsible for the daily recording & posting of all transactions in the books of accounts tally software.
∎ Maintaining accounts records including ledger, cash book, cheque, salary register, petty cash, invoice & vouchers.
∎ Check appropriateness of transaction, their procedural accuracy and arithmetic accuracy of supporting documents prior to posting in the book of accounts.
∎ Must have knowledge on basic accounting, bank, reporting, and database maintenance & bill creation.
∎ Responsible for prepare report on all accounts proceeds, contributions, miscellaneous loans, outstanding debts, advances income tax deduction and other required by the management.
∎ To ensure that all accounting source documents are accurately preserved and all financial activities are kept in true and fair manner.
∎ Have to assists departmental head to collect data to prepare reports and follow-up the job up to logical conclusion.
∎ Any other responsibility as and when assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Fresh or Minimum 01 (One year) in tiles & ceramic industries.
∎ Must have knowledge in handling Tally software.
∎ Must be good Computer literacy in MS Word / Excel.
∎ Able to work independently with tight deadline and deal with work procedure.
∎ Must have problem solving and analytical skill.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, written & oral communication skills.
