Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters / MBA in HRM from any reputed institution.
∎ LLB / PGD in HRM or Compliance will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compensation & Benefits, Compliance Management, Garments HR and Admin, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, Trade Union
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Garments, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, developing, updating and implementing different HR, Admin and Compliance policies in line with Labor Law, Buyers' Code of Conducts, industry standards etc.
∎ Preparing the factory complying with the COCs of the different buyers with a view to facing different compliance audits, ie. social, ethical, safety (building, electrical, fire), environmental, technical, SCS, CTPAT, QMS, etc.
∎ Discussing with compliance team about the CAPs of different audits and ensure smooth rectification.
∎ Managing all the administrative issues including housekeeping, maintenance, legal events, safety and security of factory.
∎ Developing and maintaining different compliance training programs for workers in factory.
∎ Maintaining and monitoring all documentation like personal file, different registers etc.
∎ Ensuring administrative supports that are related to on time production and shipment.
∎ Maintaining liaison with different association like BGMEA, BKMEA, Compliance auditors, BERC, Fire and Civil defense department, labor office, environment office, trade union, local influences etc.
∎ Handling the issues pertaining to Industrial Relations (IR) according to Laws in force along with formulating motivational factors and conflict management.
∎ Handling worker related issues, especially Trade Union, Grievance Management and Disciplinary Procedures as per Law.
∎ Any other assignment as assigned by the top management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 08 years of demonstrated experience including 03 years of experience in managerial position in the area of HR, Admin and Compliance in any large organization.
∎ Must have adequate knowledge about Labor Law, Accord / RSC, WARP, BSCI, SEDEX, OKETEX and others Social compliance.
∎ Communication skills in both English and Bengali in verbal and written.
∎ Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
∎ Leadership and relationship management.
∎ Be able to cope with pressure, flexible and adaptable.
∎ Strong negotiation and inter-personal skills.
∎ Highly self-motivated, self-directed and proactive.
∎ Well conversant with IT equipment.
