- Excellent in inter-personal & communication skills.
- Possess extensive knowledge of BLL 2006, pertinent local regulations, Buyer Codes of Conduct, electrical, fire safety, and building safety audits, as well as BNBC and NFPA standards.
- Exhibit strong leadership skills and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Uphold positive work ethics and a results-oriented approach towards assigned responsibilities.
Responsibilities & Context: - Ensure recruitment, selection & placement of required workers & non-management staffs as per approved HR Policy.
- Streamline manpower planning & budgeting procedure.
- Execute overall factory operations and HR & Compliance related activities.
- Assist Management for effective execution of Compliance functions of the factory.
- Develop strategic policies and procedures for HR and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with buyers' code of conduct within factory premises.
- Foster excellent industrial relations among workers, floor staff, and top management.
- Smoothly managing the Payroll operation.
- Oversee all aspects of compliance for smooth operations in store, production, and staff management, providing constructive feedback on performance.
- Prepare monthly HR Functional plan and always pursuing of Betterment.
- Ensure the safety and security, compliance and welfare of the factory.
- Keep the factory ready for any type of audit/visit (Social Compliance Audit, Chemical/Environment Management Audit, General Security Verification Audit & QMS/Technical Audit) and prepare & implement CAP (Corrective Action Plan) within deadline.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure existing firefighting arrangements in the factory comply with all legal requirements.
- Collaborate with management to take necessary remedial actions when needed.
- Ensure administrative and logistics support for uninterrupted administrative operation, production and shipment delivery.
- Clear concept on team management and development.
