Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Bank and Financial Institution, Compliance Management, Customer Service Management, Good understanding of financial crime requirements, Operational Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Financial Consultants

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proactively assisting beneficiaries, customers & business partners.
∎ Delivering Rate, Quotation, remittance & other queries to the Customers.
∎ Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
∎ Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication.
∎ Transactions creation for Telephone Customer (Branch Customer).
∎ Reconciliation of Branch online and web online transactions.
∎ Follow up to ensure resolution, keep records of customer calls.
∎ Communicate with corresponding Banks in relation to customer queries, cancellation and other issues
∎ Suspicious Activity Reporting (SAR) where necessary to the nominated officer in line with anti-money -laundering regulations.
∎ Manage, lead and train the Customer service team
∎ Focus on enhancing the current system & process
∎ Complete all work to daily, weekly and monthly schedules
∎ Debit entry
∎ Cross team support of Processing duties as required

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Professional English speaking and writing.
∎ Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
∎ Problem solver, able to stay calm in difficult situations, whilst coming up with an appropriate solution

Salary: Tk. 35000 - 40000 (Monthly)
