Responsibilities & Context:
- Develop collections for both denim and non-denim garments tailored to customer needs.
- Prepare and present seasonal denim collections to align with current trends.
- Select fabrics and create garments based on specific targets and customer requirements.
- Monitor and ensure the washing department meets key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop innovative and sustainable washing processes for denim garments.
- Conduct market-based customer analysis to understand preferences and trends.
- Report washing trends for denim and non-denim garments to top management.
- Lead and manage the team at the denim washing facility to ensure efficient operations.
