Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assess training needs, create training plans and materials, and deliver training sessions.
∎ Develop and deliver high-quality training content in the form of recorded videos or webinars.
∎ Collaborate with the internal team to understand the training needs of our organization and develop content accordingly.
∎ Provide recommendations for improving existing training programs.
∎ Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary changes.
∎ Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments related to training and development.
∎ Maintain accurate records of training activities and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Proven experience in developing and delivering training content.
∎ Strong communication and presentation skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
∎ Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools.
∎ Candidates having teaching or training profession will get advantage.
∎ Additional Requirements (minimum one skill):
