Proficiency in one or more of the following:
PHP (Laravel), JavaScript (React/Vue.js).
Proven experience in ERP development and working with Big Data solutions.
Strong knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and version control tools (Git).
Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Leadership experience is highly preferred.
Responsibilities & Context:
Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications.
Develop and implement ERP modules to streamline business processes.
Lead and mentor a team of developers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Review and improve code quality through regular code reviews.
Solve complex performance and scalability challenges.
Ensure software is up-to-date with the latest technologies and standards.
