Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed software sales targets.
∎ Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, analyze competitor activities, and provide actionable insights.
∎ Identify, approach, and secure new clients while expanding business with existing accounts.
∎ Collaborate with marketing teams to create tailored promotional campaigns.
∎ Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing customized solutions.
∎ Act as a key point of contact for client inquiries and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
∎ Work closely with the software development team to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
∎ Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members as needed.
∎ Monitor sales performance, generate regular reports, and recommend improvements for achieving revenue goals.
∎ Conduct presentations and prepare proposals for senior management and stakeholders.
