2. Counseling & Coordination:
Guide potential clients through service offerings and recommend suitable options based on their needs.

Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth service delivery to clients.
3. Follow-up & Reporting:
Follow up with clients regarding their inquiries and ensure prompt resolution.
Maintain client databases and ensure all records are updated and properly managed.
Prepare and present daily/weekly reports of client interactions and feedback to the management.
4. Client Retention:
Manage and resolve client complaints efficiently, aiming for long-term satisfaction and retention.
Work on client retention strategies to improve overall customer experience.
5. Scheduling & Coordination:
Schedule meetings or appointments between clients and other departments, ensuring smooth coordination.
Assist in arranging training sessions, workshops, and client service programs as required.
