Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA in HRM from any reputed public or private university.
∎ PGDHRM will get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compliance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Buying House, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and organize the factory as per buyer's standards
∎ Develop and implement an effective legal compliance policy
∎ Initiate Health & safety activities
∎ Prepare appropriate training material and impart training for induction as well as periodical training on safety including fire drills and all ethical and social issues and maintain records.
∎ Handle compliance issues as per local law & buyer's COC and meet up the requirements of Buyers, auditors to comply always.
∎ Monitor compliance certification BSCI, ICS, SEDEX, GOTS, PRIMEMARK, ACCORD etc. and handle their different audits with preparing CAP timely
∎ Maintain the proper compliance guide line & local laws to sustain as best complaint organization to local authority & customers.
∎ Ensure license acquisition & renewal of license as well as liaison with government office
∎ Provide compliance training to the concern staff when needed.
∎ Initiate audit processes, practices and documents to identify weaknesses
∎ Collaborate with external auditors when needed
∎ Handle compliance issues as per local law & buyer's COC and meet up the requirements of Buyers, auditors to comply always.
∎ Maintain the proper compliance guide line & local laws to sustain as best complaint organization to local authority & customers.
∎ Prepare and update assessment of labour laws' requirement from compliance point of view.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Thorough knowledge of labor law/ labor rules/ code of conduct.
∎ Good Understanding of disciplinary procedures.
∎ Excellent communication & interpersonal skill.
∎ Efficiency in MS Package.
∎ Strong ethics and reliability.
