Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor daily cash flow and ensure adequate liquidity for the company’s operations and expenses.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly cash requisition as per dept. budget.
Prepare monthly cash counting report as per company policy.
Fund arrangement and disbursement process.
Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and receivables.
Maintaining accounts payable and receivable files as per ERP record.
Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
Prepare reconciliation statement of local and foreign supplier with the invoice and payment schedule.
Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
Obtain and print signatures on all financial instruments as required accounts dept.
To perform all others assignments given by management.
