Responsibilities & Context:
- Manage the Industrial Engineering process in both Woven and Knit garment production.
- Review production plans against capacity and ensure shipment deadlines are met.
- Ensure line productivity and output targets as per the production plan.
- Maintain effective line balancing according to layout.
- Conduct time and motion studies for all styles.
- Prepare and maintain SMV database for all running styles.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower and machinery.
- Prepare and analyze weekly Non-Productive Time (NPT) reports with improvement action plans.
- Review operator skill levels monthly and recommend training for potential improvement.
- Generate order-wise reconciliation reports.
- Prepare quarterly worker assessment reports for performance tracking and development.
- Coordinate production reports covering fabric, cutting, printing, embroidery, sewing, finishing, and shipment.
- Ensure smooth communication with the supply chain for uninterrupted productivity.
- Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the management.
