Additional Requirements:
  • Age At least 30 years
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, management consulting, or a similar role.

  • Knowledge of Medical care industry, FMCG, Digital Marketing, Human Resource management, and Sales is needed.

  • Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Lean, Six Sigma).

  • Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or other business management software.

  • Ability to conduct SWOT analysis, competitor analysis, or market research.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.

  • Experience with financial modeling, process mapping, and performance metrics analysis.

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

  • Proven ability to identify operational inefficiencies and develop effective solutions.

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to perform a comprehensive review of our business operations, identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or challenges, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance performance and growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, problem-solving, and strategic planning, with the ability to deliver actionable insights tailored to our unique business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct a thorough analysis of current business operations, processes, human resources and performance metrics.

  • Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or problem areas impacting business performance.

  • Evaluate market trends, competitors, and industry benchmarks to provide context for recommendations.

  • Develop detailed reports outlining findings, including data-driven insights and visualizations where applicable.

  • Provide actionable, prioritized recommendations to address identified issues and drive business growth.

  • Collaborate with leadership to align strategies with business goals and objectives.

  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and professional manner.

  • Support the implementation of recommended strategies
