A. Human Resource Management:
Recruitment & Onboarding
Assist in end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Coordinate new employee joining formalities, orientation, and onboarding programs.
Maintain and update employee personal files, digital records, and documentation.
Employee Relations
Address employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary issues as per labor laws and company policy.
Promote a positive work environment through regular communication, counseling, and engagement.
Ensure smooth handling of transfers, promotions, resignations, and terminations.
Attendance & Leave Management
Monitor daily attendance, leaves, late arrivals, and absences through software and manual systems.
Prepare monthly attendance and leave summary for payroll processing.
Performance Management
Support in implementing performance appraisal systems (KPI, KRA, or competency-based models).
Assist in identifying training needs and supporting employee development initiatives.
Compliance & Legal
Maintain compliance with the Bangladesh Labor Act 2006 and Labor Rules 2015.
Assist in preparing documents for labor inspections, audit queries, and compliance reporting.
B. Administrative Management:
Office & Facility Management
Supervise the maintenance and cleanliness of office/factory premises.
Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, printing, repairs, and utility services.
Monitor security, safety, and CCTV operations where applicable.
Logistics & Transport
Manage vehicle schedules, fuel records, and usage for company cars/motorcycles.
Maintain logbooks and ensure proper documentation for factory-to-office transportation.
Asset & Equipment Management
Maintain asset registers (furniture, equipment, IT hardware, etc.) and coordinate physical verification.
Support in issuing and returning items to/from employees (e.g., ID cards, SIMs, laptops).
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare monthly HR and Admin reports: manpower, turnover, recruitment status, incident reports, etc.
Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information at all times.
