∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 9 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the recruitment, selection, promotion, Transfer, Disciplinary Action Procedure and separation procedure of all employees.
∎ Have to work Successor Planning & update organogram and manpower setup;
∎ Responsible to formulate & implement different types of policy for efficient and effective operation.
∎ To assess total man power requirement in consultation with the various Section/Department heads;
∎ Develop & update manpower planning;
∎ Responsible to organize Performance Appraisal Board based on their joining date
∎ To establish the automation of HR Operation.
∎ Maintain all disciplinary action related documents & provide regular and periodical report.
∎ Prepare the job description based on job analysis
∎ Accomplish any other job assigned by the management as and when basis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
∎ Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
∎ Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
∎ Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
∎ Strong ethics and reliability
