Responsibilities & Context: - Responsibility of Human Resource Department
- Formulate human resource plan
- Distribute responsibilities among employees according to their skills and qualifications and follow company rules, policies and labor laws properly regarding recruitment and retention of employees.
- Ensuring recruitment as per human resource plan
- Confirmation of exit interview final settlement and payment
- To provide necessary training to new employees
- Ensuring regular attendance management of officers and employees
- Timely performance evaluation of officers and employees
- Ensuring promotion and transfer of officers and employees
- Ensuring timely disciplinary action
- Ensuring justice, impartiality and timely action
- To inform everyone about the company's expectations and guidelines regarding zero tolerance truth and to be self-vigilant as a slight negligence can lead to the dismissal of anyone at any time.
- Ensuring reporting, recording and documentation
- Increase in salary fixation and ensure regular payment
- Verifying the address and all the details of officers and employees before appointment
- To listen to the words of the officers and employees in case of any kind of problem and arrange for quick solution
- To maintain overall security in the company and take effective steps to counter potential channels
- The objectives of the company's management are to determine the policy and managerial functions
- To monitor the proper observance of company rules and regulations
- Advance planning, organization, team building and preparation for work
- Ensuring proper utilization of resources like electricity, water, gas etc
- To ascertain the external and internal risks of the company and take necessary steps to eliminate them
- Proper preservation of documents to meet audit
- Timely renewal of various license agreements and certificates
- Maintaining regular communication with local administration
- To regularly monitor the functioning of all sections
- Transport management.
