Job Responsibilities & Duties

1. Showroom Operations Management

·   Oversee day-to-day showroom operations to ensure smooth functioning

·   Ensure showroom cleanliness, visual appeal, and brand presentation standards

·   Manage opening and closing procedures and overall showroom discipline

2. Sales & Customer Experience

·   Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a premium shopping experience

·   Handle high-value or walk-in clients personally when required

·   Guide customers on lifestyle products, features, pricing, and customization options

·   Address customer complaints and ensure timely resolution

3. Team Leadership & Staff Management

·   Supervise, train, and motivate showroom sales staff

·   Assign daily targets and monitor individual and team performance

·   Conduct regular briefings, coaching, and product knowledge sessions

·   Prepare staff duty rosters and manage attendance

4. Visual Merchandising

·   Ensure product displays align with brand guidelines and lifestyle aesthetics

·   Coordinate product placement, themes, and seasonal changes

·   Maintain display quality, lighting, and signage

5. Inventory & Stock Management

·   Monitor stock levels and ensure adequate availability of display and sale items

·   Coordinate with warehouse or supply chain for replenishment

·   Prevent stock loss, damage, or pilferage

·   Conduct periodic stock audits and maintain accurate records

6. Sales Reporting & Documentation

·   Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance

·   Prepare sales reports, footfall analysis, and conversion ratios

·   Maintain billing, invoicing, and order documentation

7. Vendor & Coordination Duties

·   Liaise with vendors, designers, installers, and service teams

·   Coordinate product deliveries, installations, and after-sales services

·   Ensure timelines and quality standards are met

8. Marketing & Promotions

·   Support marketing campaigns, showroom events, and product launches

·   Implement in-store promotions and customer engagement activities

·   Maintain customer database and follow up on leads

9. Compliance & Safety

·   Ensure adherence to company policies and SOPs

·   Maintain safety, security, and hygiene standards

·   Ensure compliance with billing, taxation, and legal requirements

10. Business Development Support

·   Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve customer engagement

·   Gather customer feedback and market trends

·   Recommend improvements in product mix and showroom presentation
