Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM or Equivalent.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGHRM

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capability to prepare all sort of official letters such as- Appointment, Increment, Confirmation, Transfer, Suspension and Termination.
∎ Maintaining and regularly updating Personal file and personal database of each employee.
∎ Maintain daily attendance and process monthly salary.
∎ Assist recruitment process and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process.
∎ Preparing salary & wages, allowances, incentives, OT payment & bonus sheets as per company policy.
∎ Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities.
∎ Ability to prepare policy development and documentation.
∎ Sound Knowledge in MS Office, MS Excel and e-communication platforms.
∎ Respond to employee related queries and provide services to all HR related inquiries and requests.

∎ Age 30 to 35 years
