Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation/Masters in Accounting/Finance from reputed University with CA-CC / CIMA / ICMA / ACCA partly qualified is preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare, examine and analyze bills/invoices, vouchers, accounts receivables, accounts payable, accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
∎ Ensuring entries to proper accounts & accuracy of all accounting data recording.
∎ Doing Accounting & Financial forecasting, budgeting and implementation.
∎ Ensuring bank reconciliation in timely manner.
∎ Taking the responsibility of company's income Tax, TDS and VAT related activities and ensuring.
∎ Taking the responsibility for report and finance/accounts related day to day affairs (Tally, Cash Book, Ledger, Cheque Issue Register, Cheque Receipt Register etc.).
∎ Must have good knowledge on Tally & ERP9 software.
∎ Reconciles a wide variety of financial data including bank for the purpose of maintaining accurate account balances and ensuring compliance with established accounting practices.
∎ Following up Payment disbursement.
∎ Taking the responsibility of annual internal audit.
∎ All other duties as and when assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Skills Required: Accounting and Finance, Auditing, Banking, Cost Management, Tax, VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax etc.
