Education:

    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

Additional Requirements:

  • Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law and HR best practices.

  • Ability to work under pressure, with strong organizational and analytical skills.

  • Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.

Job Context

Ahmed Group, a reputed and leading name in the textile industry of Bangladesh, is looking for a qualified and dynamic professional for the position of Assistant Manager/Sr. Executive (HR & Admin) for its Head Office. The incumbent must have a strong background in HR & Administrative functions, with experience in the spinning or textile sector.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in day-to-day HR & Admin operations in line with company policy and management directives.

  • Support the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, screening, and coordination of interviews.

  • Maintain and update personnel files, attendance, leave records, and other HR documentation as per compliance standards.

  • Assist in ensuring compliance with Labor Law-2006, Factories Act-1979, and other relevant labor and safety regulations.

  • Maintain coordination with factory and ensure smooth communication between Head Office and factory.

  • Support in handling grievance, disciplinary, and welfare issues of employees.

  • Assist in various administrative activities, including transport management, security, and general services.

  • Help prepare and maintain compliance-related documents, records, and reports for internal and external audits (e.g., BSCI, OEKO-TEX, GOTS, GRS, RCS, etc.).

  • Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
