Job Responsibilities:
∎ Study organization objectives and work closely with Sales & Marketing department, to determine hiring needs and plan and implement effective recruitment for vacant positions
∎ Improve organization attractiveness by gathering market intelligence in the sector and across the sector and recommend new policies and practices
∎ Attract applicants by placing job advertisements in news group and job sites along with the previously utilized channels
∎ Maintain effective relationships with social and professional network to source qualified candidates
∎ Source and screen resume for vacant positions and fill-up those very quickly
∎ Serve as the first point of contact for all candidates and conduct telephone screening to further qualify applicants for all open positions
∎ Coordinate and ensure timely communications with candidates and hiring managers to schedule and conduct written tests and interviews
∎ Conduct regularly exit interviews of outgoing employees and compile them periodically and derive important factors analyzing those compiles

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Well-organized, co-operative with pleasant personality
∎ Energetic and enthusiastic
∎ Committed and self-motivated
∎ Ability to perform under pressure
∎ Sound analytical ability
