Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ Preferably from Textile Engineering Background
∎ Skills Required: Accurate Sample Development, Buyer handing, Production Management (Sewing), Sample Section Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Cad Software, sample department, Sewing and Finishing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct with merchandising for upcoming sample requirement and make plan for pattern making & sample sewing to submit all samples on time.
∎ Finalize pattern before sample cutting & if any grading issue then talk with buying technician.
∎ Monitor the feeding of new styles, sewing techniques, and critical quality points & gave solution any pattern related issues.
∎ Develop the sample with immaculate understanding of design and technical interpretation for respective style concept & customer requirements.
∎ Observe the buyer's comments & take necessary step for correction at pattern.
∎ Finalize print & Embroidery position for bulk production.
∎ Conduct pre-production meetings, providing the technical input.
∎ Communicate with buyers any product related issues pertaining to fit, construction, technical specifications etc.
∎ Provide shrinkage/pattern grouping, adjustment decisions to the production line.
∎ Ensure the production pilot run is carried out effectively, identifying technical & quality issues and setting the standards for bulk production.
∎ Finalize thread & accessories consumption for bulk production.
∎ Coordinate with management team, Production head & others support department head for critical problem-solving issue.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge about sample sewing.
∎ Know-how about different types of fabric.
∎ Knowledge about pattern & marker.
∎ Different types of machines.
∎ Know-how about Cutting procedure.
