∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance
∎ M.com/ MBA in Accounting or Finance
∎ Must be ACA Holder.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assure that accounting records are prepared and maintained in accordance with the company's accounting policies, chart of accounts and related accounting principles and practices
∎ Provide timely and accurate analysis of Budgets, Financial Reports and Financial Trends in order to assist the management team for performing their responsibilities
∎ Participate in the strategic planning process, to lead the budgeting and forecasting of the company's output and to build a strong financial discipline and accountability foundation for budgeting and forecasting
∎ Prepare, present and interpret financial reports to the management to direct and supervise preparation of all fiscal reporting, such as cost accounting, budgets, regulatory authorities and government reports
∎ Costing & Analysis of woven dyeing factory; Job costing, process costing, variable costing, LC Costing & Analysis
∎ Monitor all accounts including analysis of inventory valuation, reconciliation and it's variances to improve internal control
∎ Establish Productivity Analysis, Idle time loss calculation, cost analysis for new products line
∎ Focus on cost saving, efficiency programs, Product profitability and Investment analysis
∎ Work with various department heads to upgrade internal controls, reporting systems, corporate policies & procedures and implementation of the same where needed
∎ Manage, supervise and analysis of all treasury related activities such as cash management, cash forecasting, interest rate monitoring etc
∎ Deal with the Auditors, bankers, external and internal advisers, investors and other representative bodies, trade associates, Govt. departments and other regulatory authorities
∎ Supervise all subordinates, verify, and follow up to ensure accuracy and timeliness of management and statutory reports which comply with accounting standard and policy, local law and regulations
∎ Prepare regular analysis of income and expenditure to assist management in the budget monitoring process
∎ Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate should have at least 5 (five) years experience in Textile or Garments
Salary: Negotiable
