Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Perform Recruitment & Selection as required.
∎ Assist in setting employee objectives (KPI) & Performance Evaluation timely.
∎ Assist in formulating & Reviewing of all HR Policies & Guidelines.
∎ Ensure proper implementation of Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 at Manufacturing Plant.
∎ Assist in organizing different employee relation program of HPL Plant.
∎ Maintain HRIS (SAP HCM) of HPL Plant & Ensure Proper HR Reporting & Analytics.
∎ Work as HRBP for Manufacturing Operations.
