Should have experience in hospitality, hotel management
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, documentation, and integration into the team.
Support the performance review process, including scheduling, tracking, and providing guidance to managers and employees.
Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
Ensuring that HR practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Identifying training needs through performance evaluations and feedback from employees and managers.
Keeping training content up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Assisting in the development and administration of performance appraisal systems.
Providing support to managers and employees on performance issues and development plans.
Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Generating reports on HR metrics such as turnover rates, training effectiveness, and employee satisfaction.
Assisting in initiatives aimed at improving organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
