∎ Strong understanding of HR principles and practices, knowledge of Bangladesh labor laws and regulations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and leadership abilities to manage and develop teams.
∎ Other Duties & Responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
∎ Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
∎ Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and shortlist candidates for further evaluation.
∎ Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
∎ Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
∎ Manage job postings and ensure they align with the company’s branding and values.
∎ Negotiate offers and support candidates throughout the onboarding process.
∎ Track and analyze recruitment metrics to refine and optimize hiring strategies.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
