Experience in fintech, digital financial services, EMI, BNPL, payments, or merchant acquisition.

Experience working with distributors, retailers, dealers, or channel partners.

Knowledge of Bangladesh market dynamics and business expansion strategies.

Experience in field operations and market expansion projects.

Identify and develop new business opportunities, markets, and strategic partnerships.

Expand and manage merchant, distributor, and channel partner networks.

Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Develop and execute market expansion strategies to achieve business targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, distributors, and key stakeholders.

Coordinate with sales, operations, and product teams to ensure successful market execution.

Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Prepare business reports, presentations, and market analysis for management.

Support the launch of new products, services, and business initiatives.

Visit markets, partner locations, and business hubs as required.

Perform any other duties assigned by management.
