Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct market research and competitor analysis on fintech, digital lending, payments, BNPL, and financial services.
Research Bangladesh Bank regulations, financial sector policies, and industry developments.
Prepare business proposals, concept notes, feasibility studies, and strategic reports.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and business performance data.
Support product development and process improvement initiatives.
Prepare presentations, reports, and management summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate with regulatory, legal, operations, technology, and business teams for various projects.
Assist in preparing documentation required for regulatory submissions and compliance activities.
Monitor industry developments, emerging technologies, and fintech innovations.
Perform any other assignments as directed by management.
