Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM, Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in HRM
∎ Skills Required: Documentation, General HR, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Labor Law

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, Office Management, Recruitment & Selection
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manpower Recruitment, NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Dealing with all HR issues including recruitment, human resource management, performance appraisal etc.
∎ Assist Management for recruiting employees according to the demand of different department within the given time period.
∎ Willingly visit different districts for talent hunting
∎ Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
∎ Plan, develop, lead, direct & update HR issues.
∎ Ensure proper Training & Development process, Compensation & Benefit.
∎ To arrange, conduct & process employees Recruitment & Selection as per set Recruitment & Selection policy & Procedure and ensure that a fair recruitment is followed.
∎ After recruiting new employees he has to visit employee’s job location and explain their job responsibilities and complete all official formalities.
∎ Visit different branches to assist (TNA) program and prepare report time to time.
∎ Visit branch offices and projects time to time for providing motivation to the existing employees
∎ To fulfill the recruitment demand, collect CV from different area and communicate with peoples.
∎ Make CV bank for future recruitment and prepare panel list
∎ Prepare different drafts, reports and letters as directed by the supervisor.
∎ Maintain employee's office records such as payroll, increments, leaves etc.
∎ To maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
∎ To maintain human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
∎ Motivate, Counsel the staffs to ensure maximum productivity and profitability.
∎ Execution of company policies.
∎ Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
∎ Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.
∎ Measure & record employee retention and turnover rates.
∎ Develop guidelines for HR policies and procedures, ensures consistency across countries in alignment with Company's strategic goals.
∎ Conducting employee engagement program to establish a strong culture in the organization.
∎ Managing employee relations, conflict resolution, employee welfare services and counseling.
∎ Ensuring proper maintenance of all personnel and HR related documents.
∎ Follow up daily HR activities as organization demand as per the company policy with strong supervision.
∎ Ensure the implementation of standard performance appraisal system.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills.
∎ Must be fluent in typing both Bengali (Bijoy) and English.

Salary: Negotiable
