Education:
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in HRM, Business Administration, Management, or related field.

  • PGDHRM or professional HR/Admin certifications will be an added advantage.

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 28 to 38 years

  • Experience in HR & Admin, preferably in a Group of Companies.

  • Must have experience in handling multi-unit HR operations.

  • Leadership and team management experience preferred.

  • Strong command over Bangladesh Labor Law.

  • Excellent communication skills in Bangla & English.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS, and HR software.

  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and documentation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple units simultaneously.

  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.



Responsibilities & Context:

Human Resources (HR):

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for the group’s multiple business units.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and compliance guidelines.
  • Maintain HRIS, personnel files, and ensure proper documentation across all entities.
  • Oversee performance appraisal, training & development, and employee engagement programs.
  • Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary actions following labor law.
  • Prepare HR monthly reports, manpower planning, and KPI monitoring for group management.

Administration (Admin):

  • Oversee administrative operations for different units (Head Office, Hospital, Branches, Restaurant).
  • Manage attendance, leave, shift rosters, and ensure workplace discipline.
  • Supervise logistics, office management, security, housekeeping, and maintenance activities.
  • Liaise with internal departments, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Act and organizational policies.
  • Provide executive-level administrative support to senior management.
