Experience in HR & Admin, preferably in a Group of Companies.
Must have experience in handling multi-unit HR operations.
Leadership and team management experience preferred.
Strong command over Bangladesh Labor Law.
Excellent communication skills in Bangla & English.
Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS, and HR software.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and documentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple units simultaneously.
High level of integrity and confidentiality.
Responsibilities & Context: Human Resources (HR):
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for the group’s multiple business units.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and compliance guidelines.
- Maintain HRIS, personnel files, and ensure proper documentation across all entities.
- Oversee performance appraisal, training & development, and employee engagement programs.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary actions following labor law.
- Prepare HR monthly reports, manpower planning, and KPI monitoring for group management.
Administration (Admin):
- Oversee administrative operations for different units (Head Office, Hospital, Branches, Restaurant).
- Manage attendance, leave, shift rosters, and ensure workplace discipline.
- Supervise logistics, office management, security, housekeeping, and maintenance activities.
- Liaise with internal departments, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labour Act and organizational policies.
- Provide executive-level administrative support to senior management.
