Responsibilities & Context:

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Marketing Officer to join our team (MIMI Hospital). As a Marketing Executive, you will play a vital role in promoting our hospital’s services and building strong relationships with doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, and the local community. 

Only those with experience working in hospital-related marketing should apply. 

Responsibilities:

  • Strategically promote hospital services by conducting regular field visits to clinics, physicians, diagnostic centers, and pharmacies within the designated territory.

  • Identify and establish partnerships with healthcare providers, corporate health planners, and local influencers to increase patient footfall and service awareness.

  • Actively generate and follow up on leads for patient admissions, outpatient consultations, diagnostic services, and health check-up packages.

  • Execute targeted distribution of marketing materials and ensure proper placement in high-visibility areas.

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute community engagement activities such as free medical camps, wellness talks, and preventive health awareness programs.

  • Conduct territory mapping and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities.

  • Maintain detailed records of outreach activities, leads generated, and conversion rates submit daily/weekly MIS reports to the Marketing Manager.

  • Support digital marketing initiatives by gathering patient testimonials, capturing event photos/videos, and promoting hospital branding on-ground.

  • Provide market feedback and insights to management for continuous improvement of services and patient engagement strategies.

  • Collaborate with internal departments (OPD/IPD, diagnostics, etc.) to ensure seamless coordination for referred patients.
