Education:

Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

MAF Shoes Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Sport Shoes Department as Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager (Stitching) for the Stitching Section.

The candidate will oversee stitching operations, ensure production efficiency, maintain quality standards, and contribute to the growth of our 100% export-oriented footwear manufacturing business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage all stitching section operations in the Sport Shoes Department.
  • Ensure production targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Monitor and improve stitching processes, workflows and team performance.
  • Implement effective problem-solving strategies to minimize production delays.
  • Collaborate with other departments (Production, Quality and Planning) for seamless workflow.
  • Train and develop stitching team members to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards and export quality requirements.
