- Must have experience working on corrugated carton lines, along with knowledge of carton corrugating, printing, cutting, folding, grading, and carton and box quality.
- Must have knowledge about productivity improvement.
- Must have knowledge about line manufacturing and Six Sigma.
Responsibilities & Context:
Job Location: South Kashimpur, Feni
Job Description/Responsibility:
- Supervise the carton cutting, Production line, planning, Organization and carton quality Controlling.
- Divide work according to daily production targets.
- If there is any mechanical problem with the machine, coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure a solution.
- Supervise the activities of operators, helpers, supervisors and maintain schedules.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, personal hygiene, and cleaning, etc. rules in the workplace. Supervise the activities of operators, helpers, supervisors and maintain schedules.
- Prepare and maintain reports on daily production volume, rejection rate, cutting wastage, etc.
