∎ Having excellent oral and written communication skills both in English and Bangla.

∎ Experience in risk management.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement an effective legal compliance policy/program at factory.
∎ Train employees on compliance topics regularly.
∎ Report compliance violations.
∎ Review continuous monitoring and continuous documentation of systems.
∎ Create sound internal controls and monitor adherence to them.
∎ Keep abreast of internal standards and business goals.
∎ Evaluate business activities to assess compliance risk.
∎ Collaborate with external auditors and internal team when needed.
∎ Setup plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation at work place.
∎ Educate and train employees on regulations and industry practices.
∎ Proactively audit processes, practices and documents to identify weaknesses.
∎ Have regular updates and report to higher keys/line managers.
∎ Identify compliance issues that require remediation.
∎ Collaborate with senior management and the appropriate department heads.
