Job Responsibilities:
∎ Full responsibility for quality function within the location through the entire manufacturing process including incoming, in-process, finished goods inspection, and testing.
∎ Validates quality processes by establishing:
∎ Product specifications and quality attributes.
∎ Measuring production & Documenting evidence.
∎ Determining operational and performance qualifications.
∎ Maintains and improves product quality by completing product, company, system, compliance, and surveillance audits.
∎ Collaborating with other members of management to develop new product and engineering designs, and manufacturing and training methods.
∎ Conducts floor audits and manages first article and first piece inspection and report.
∎ Accomplish QC cycle of a factory by controlling samples; follow up materials production in-house status, control materials in-house testing, organizing PP meeting, Knitting(Jacquard) permission, inspection, reporting & record keeping.
∎ Provide training and educate the quality & production personnel, and maintain the needed quality requirements throughout the production processes strictly following the buyer specifications.
∎ Checking Knitting, Linking, Trimming & Mending, sewing, and finishing in-process quality control and reporting to the management.
∎ Understand and follow the quality SOP in each step of the process, implement the buyer's every work manual & follow the quality standard of the production factory.
∎ Conduct In-line Audit, an in-process audit in Knitting, Linking, Trimming & Mending, sewing, finishing, and packing.
∎ Monitor the whole quality process of the assigned factory.
∎ Final inspection and confirm the quality of the end product.
∎ Trained up and lead the factory GPQ team directly.
∎ Ultimate responsible person for factory quality controlling the process from the buyer's end.
∎ Highlight quality reports to vendor management and his own top management about any type of quality issue.
∎ Send final inspection report to buying-house, reporting boss, send a report to factory and buyer top management in critical quality and inspection issue.
∎ Coordinate with Management on any requirement that can't be met.
∎ Report any deviation in the QA system to the Head of the Quality Dept.
∎ Any other assignment is given by the top management.
