Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC/Graduate in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable of handling at least 15 Sewing Lines smooth production.
∎ Provide necessary directions to the Sewing Line Cheif and Supervisors for ensuring targeted production.
∎ Having clear idea about the quality of garments products and to guide the subordinates to take necessary corrective measures if there any problem of quality so that garments can be made exportable stage.
∎ Ensuring optimum utilization of Man, Machine & Material to yield higher productivity.
∎ Analyze, control and reduce cost and wastage in an effective and effluent manner.
∎ Co-ordinate with relevant departments as per requirement.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Minimum 8 Years ( 3 Years experience as Production APM or same position).

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ As per BEPZA rules.
