Job Description / Responsibility

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process.

  • Implementation of KPI and shall evaluate and monitor performance based on KPI.

  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization with the overall business strategy.

  • Responsible for managing factories staffs and workers.

  • Responsible for planning labor requirement at different level of production process.

  • Responsible to maintain proper labor health and safety compliance.

  • Ensure worker discipline, performance, payroll, personnel file etc.

  • Follow-up Attendance, Salary Administration, Leave Management & Compensation Benefit.

  • Analyze the staff/worker vacancy status and initiate for recruitment to fulfill the vacancy.

  • Responsible for making succession plan for the key position.

  • Responsible for managing company’s security duty roster and ensure optimum utilization.

  • Ensure company’s all licenses are renewed on time.

  • Responsible to keep close relationship with the association and Union and attend the meeting/conference when require.

  • Responsible for ensure all the requirement related to BIDA, foreign employees visa, work permit, other employee’s visa, air ticket etc.

  • Develop and update the organization structure.

  • Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site.

  • Coordinate office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness.

  • Identify and implement cost-effective HR practices.

  • Any other work assigns by the company.
