Job Description / Responsibility

• Responsible to supervise the technical team.

• Responsible to ensure production of good quality finishing article both cow & goat.

• Responsible for develop new article as per buyer requirement.

• Responsible to innovate new finishing article.

• Responsible to ensure chemical planning and optimization of chemical cost.

• Responsible to achieve monthly finishing article production target.

• Responsible to coordinate with Purchase department, sales department, Crust Technician for ensuring quality of finishing production.

• Responsible to ensure production tolerance close to zero.

• Responsible for making co ordination with the buyer of finishing article.

• Responsible to make an environment friendly production design.

• Responsible to maximum utilization of finishing manpower.

• Any other job assigns by the company.
