• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):  Garments Operation, Production Management, Product Management, Distribution Management.

• Leadership and Strategic management skills & Strong analytical technical skill.

• Industry Knowledge, Assurance Skill & Tough time player.

• Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.

• Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.

• Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.

• Ability to lead the team and appraise & motivate the team members.

• Ability to achieve the target within short lead time.

• Should be excellent team leader and also very sharp, smart, with a fair personality.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure quality production on time as per plan.

• Initiate strategic business plan to ensure cost-effective management of resources.

• Ensure required raw materials, trims & accessories are stock in the factory for smooth production.

• Provide all kinds of guidelines to all floors In-charge/ Line Chief/Concerned officials and ensure daily production.

• Monitor plan VS actual production & initiate corrective measure and sustainable development.

• Drive to reduce wastage, cost, expenses & maximize profit. Renovate the resources & ensure its right utilization.

• Ensure smooth garments operation by Keeping consistency with management.

• Ensure safety, maintain healthy work environment and co-ordinate among all departments to achieve company`s goal.

• Maintain liaison with stakeholder like- government, non-government, autonomous body & corporate agencies as per business requirements.

• Lead, Direct, Monitor & Appraise subordinates to achieve departmental goal.

• Ensure Quality Production Management by communicate with Production Manager to achieve the production goal on time.

• Maintain Product Distribution on time to all outlets by communicate with Distribution Incharge and Distribution manager.

• Any Other Job assigned by Management.
