Job Context:
∎ Syed Spinning & Cotton Mills Ltd. is a sister concern of SYED Group – One of the Renowned and 100% Export oriented Yarn manufacturing Spinning Mill.
∎ Job Location: Shilonda, Shialkol, Sirajgonj.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Labor Law, Factories Act-1979, Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting Law 2003 in Bangladesh and must have prior experience in using Attendance & Payroll software.
∎ Should have sound knowledge for entire Recruitment, Selection, Placement, Compensation /Benefits, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, termination, dismissal, HR Administration, Fire, Health & Safety etc.
∎ Should have sound knowledge of administration like-GD Entry and drafts, FIR Drafts, Charge Sheet, Service matter cases etc & coordination and management of various administrative issues.
∎ Responsible for official correspondence, systematic file management, interaction with high profile executives.
∎ Carry-out necessary paper works in the office for record keeping, correspondences and updating related files and arranges timely submission of Govt. returns and payment of all bills and Govt. dues like telephone, electricity, water, gas, postal etc. and maintain proper records thereof.
∎ Reviewing and store contracts & agreements files and using them as reference for the future.
∎ Visits to the Office sites to ensure good housekeeping and maintenance of hygiene.
∎ Complete all tasks properly & timely as given by management. Resolve internal conflicts and develop strong relationships with top Management and effective communication between Company & employee.
∎ And also carry out any special duty assigned as and when required by the management for the interest of the organization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Retired Major or above ranked from Bangladesh Army
∎ Knowledge of modern office procedures and processes.
∎ Relevant computer software and hardware application knowledge.
∎ Ability of speak, write and read the English language.
∎ Able to motivate individuals in achieving goals and objectives. .
∎ Literate in MS /Office/ Computer/ Internet.
Salary: Negotiable
