Education:

• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting

• Age 23 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Perform daily accounting activities of the company accurately and in a systematic manner.
• Assist in journal posting, ledger posting and preparation of trial balance.
• Prepare, verify and maintain Debit Vouchers, Credit Vouchers and Journal Vouchers.
• Maintain and regularly update all necessary books of accounts including Cash Book, Bank Book, Supplier Ledger, Customer Ledger, Advance Ledger and Fixed Assets Ledger.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
• Record and maintain accounting entries related to raw materials (Cotton, Fiber), stores and spares of the spinning mill.
• Assist in maintaining accounting records related to yarn production, issue and sales.
• Handle VAT and Tax related activities such as:
• Preparation of VAT challan (Mushak)
• Maintaining records of tax challan and tax deduction
• Assisting in preparation and submission of VAT and Tax returns
• Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements.
• Visit banks for accounting-related tasks and maintain necessary liaison with banks as required.
• Maintain accounting records and prepare reports using the company’s own accounting software along with Excel and MS Office.
• Ensure proper documentation and record keeping of all accounting documents for assigned units/departments.
• Perform any other accounting-related duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
