Job Responsibilities:
∎ To meet the objectives and targets of the Marketing & Merchandising department.
∎ The candidate must have good knowledge in fabrics and should have good sourcing contacts both in local & overseas suppliers.
∎ Should have vast knowledge and good sourcing experience about pattern, garments consumption and wash.
∎ Must have 5-6 years working Experience as a Senior Merchandiser in RMG unit having minimum 5 lines .
∎ Must have sound knowledge in production of Outerwear’s T shirt , Polo Shirt ,Hoodies , Trousers, Bottoms, Children dress, Fleece, Tops & bottom from KNIT fabric and all kinds of knit wears.
∎ Must have sound knowledge control over the production staff.
∎ Must have computer literacy.
∎ The selected candidate will be sole responsible of Production, Quality control, Washing, Packing and Shipment of goods on time.
∎ The selected candidates as a senior management staff of the factory will monitor and ensure all issues, safety, security and discipline of the factory.
∎ The selected candidates will run the factory as per labour law of Gov and rules and regulation of the company.
∎ The selected candidate must be target oriented and cost conscious.
∎ The selected candidate must have experience to work with system and cost analyst.
∎ To corresponds with buyer and supplier to ensure the smooth production.
∎ Responsible for processing orders independently from development till shipment, follow up the planning/production/commercial team to ensure shipment moves on time.
∎ Cost calculation & price negotiation with buyer. Follow up with buyer for the feedback of the price, sample & capacity/space booking.
∎ Prepare all kind of production samples such as pp sample, size set sample, shipment sample before dead line of buyer requirement and Maintain Fabric, Accessories booking and in-house on time.
∎ Effective follow-up on materials inventory, production process, quality standards & team performance.
∎ Proper execution of orders according to planned 'Time and Action Plan' on regular basis to ensure on time shipment with right quality and quantity.
∎ Supervision the costing and pricing of the garment and negotiations with the buyers to reach the final acceptable prices.
∎ Prepare costing sheet and pricing of Knit, Woven and Sweater garments.
∎ Sourcing of fabrics, trims and accessories from home and abroad.
∎ Supervise sample preparation as per buyer's requirement.
