• Diploma in Textile Engineering in Fashion Designing
• Bachelor/Honors

Technical Skills:CLO 3D (mandatory) and other design/CAD software.Pattern making, garment construction basics, and fabric knowledge.Soft Skills: Strong creativity, trend awareness, communication skills in English, and ability to meet tight deadlines.Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Western women’s silhouettes, recent trends, and premium apparel standards.

We are specializing in premium Western women’s wear. We are seeking talented and creative Fashion Designers with 2–4 years of experience and strong expertise in CLO 3D fashion design software.

The ideal candidate must have an exceptional sense of style, in-depth knowledge of global fashion trends, and the ability to develop market-driven collections that reflect our UK design identity. You will work closely with the UK creative team, merchandising, production, and buyers to deliver high-quality, trend-forward designs from concept to final sample.

Key Responsibilities

• Research global and local fashion trends, fabrics, trims, colors, and competitor products to inspire seasonal collections.

• Develop seasonal concepts, mood boards, and innovative design directions aligned with brand identity.

• Create designs using CLO 3D and other CAD/fashion software for realistic garment visualization.

• Prepare detailed tech packs including measurements, Pantone references, and construction details for production teams.

• Select fabrics, trims, embellishments, and accessories in line with UK brand quality standards.

• Oversee sample production, follow up with the sample team, and ensure timely completion.

• Attend fitting sessions and recommend necessary modifications for perfect fit and finish.

• Collaborate with merchandising, production, and technical teams for feasibility, cost efficiency, and quality control.

• Coordinate directly with the UK buyers and design team to ensure design alignment with international market requirements.

• Present collections to internal and UK-based teams, incorporating feedback into final designs.

• Negotiate with suppliers for fabrics, trims, and delivery schedules.

• Ensure all designs meet brand quality, fit, and compliance standards.

• Maintain organized design archives for future reference.

• Perform any additional duties assigned by management.
