As a fast-growing company, we are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Executive to join our team and support both online and offline customer service operations.   • Provide exceptional customer service via email, phone, and online chat platforms.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

  • Assist customers in placing orders, handling returns, and addressing any concerns.

  • Communicate with customers regarding order updates, shipping details, and other relevant information.

  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions using computer systems.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as production, shipping, and sales, to ensure seamless customer service.

    Draft and send professional emails to customers and business partners.

  • Manage customer service tasks both online and offline as required.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

    Basic computer knowledge, including familiarity with email, MS Office (Word, Excel), and internet browsing.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
