Provide exceptional customer service via email, phone, and online chat platforms.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Assist customers in placing orders, handling returns, and addressing any concerns.
Communicate with customers regarding order updates, shipping details, and other relevant information.
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions using computer systems.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as production, shipping, and sales, to ensure seamless customer service.
Draft and send professional emails to customers and business partners.
Manage customer service tasks both online and offline as required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Basic computer knowledge, including familiarity with email, MS Office (Word, Excel), and internet browsing.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
