About the Role:

This role is essential for facilitating communication among patients, attendants & hospital services & hospital services. The candidate will handle calls, offer accurate information, coordinate appointments, and uphold high patient experience standards in accordance with hospital service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and professionally handle high volumes of inbound calls from patients, attendants, and stakeholders.

  • Provide accurate information regarding hospital services, doctors’ schedules, departments, and procedures.

  • Assist patients with appointment booking, rescheduling, and cancellation through the hospital management system.

  • Guide callers to appropriate departments and ensure proper call routing when necessary.

  • Maintain a courteous, empathetic, and patient-centric approach in all communications.

  • Address patient queries, complaints, and feedback promptly and escalate complex issues to the concerned authority.

  • Ensure confidentiality of patient information in compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.

  • Perform outbound calls for appointment confirmations, follow-ups, and service reminders.

  • Maintain proper call logs, reports, and documentation in the CRM/hospital information.

  • Coordinate with the front desk, nursing stations, and clinical departments for accurate information flow.
