About the Role:
This role is essential for facilitating communication among patients, attendants & hospital services & hospital services. The candidate will handle calls, offer accurate information, coordinate appointments, and uphold high patient experience standards in accordance with hospital service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and professionally handle high volumes of inbound calls from patients, attendants, and stakeholders.
Provide accurate information regarding hospital services, doctors’ schedules, departments, and procedures.
Assist patients with appointment booking, rescheduling, and cancellation through the hospital management system.
Guide callers to appropriate departments and ensure proper call routing when necessary.
Maintain a courteous, empathetic, and patient-centric approach in all communications.
Address patient queries, complaints, and feedback promptly and escalate complex issues to the concerned authority.
Ensure confidentiality of patient information in compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.
Perform outbound calls for appointment confirmations, follow-ups, and service reminders.
Maintain proper call logs, reports, and documentation in the CRM/hospital information.
Coordinate with the front desk, nursing stations, and clinical departments for accurate information flow.
