Responsibilities & Context:
Serve meals, beverages, and snacks to patients, attendants, and staff in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain proper portion control and presentation standards during food service.
Assist in setting up and clearing tables in dining areas, wards, and private cabins.
Maintain a polite, respectful, and compassionate attitude toward patients and their attendants.
Assist patients who require help during meal service while ensuring comfort and dignity.
Respond promptly to service requests from patients, doctors, and hospital staff.
Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards according to hospital policies. Ensure cleanliness of service trays, utensils, and food service areas.
Report any food quality issues, shortages, or service complaints to the supervisor.
