Responsibilities & Context:
Diagnose and manage patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal disorders in OPD, IPD and Emergency.
Perform orthopedic procedures and surgeries according to qualification and clinical privileges.
Conduct ward rounds and provide comprehensive patient care.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality clinical outcomes.
Maintain accurate medical records and comply with hospital policies, BMDC regulations and patient safety standards.
Participate in CMEs, departmental meetings, and quality improvement initiatives.
