Job Responsibilities

• Perform RT-PCR, Real-Time PCR, and other molecular diagnostic assays.

• Conduct nucleic acid (DNA/RNA) extraction and sample preparation.

• Operate, calibrate, and maintain PCR instruments.

• Ensure compliance with laboratory SOPs, quality control, and biosafety requirements.

• Analyze and interpret PCR results and prepare reports.

• Assist in validation, verification, and troubleshooting of molecular diagnostic tests.

• Maintain accurate laboratory documentation and inventory records.
