Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Administration / Healthcare Management / Public Health / Business Administration or a related discipline.
MBBS candidates with relevant hospital/healthcare administration experience are also encouraged to apply.
A Master’s degree such as MHA, MPH, MBA (Healthcare Management), Hospital Administration, or an equivalent qualification will be highly preferred.
Additional training/certification in Hospital Management, Healthcare Quality Management, Patient Safety, Healthcare Operations, or Healthcare Administration will be an advantage.
Minimum 5–8 years of relevant professional experience in a hospital, clinic, diagnostic center, medical center, or healthcare service organization.
At least 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial position will be preferred.
Proven experience in managing hospital/medical center administration and multidisciplinary teams.
Practical experience in developing and implementing SOPs, policies, KPIs, and administrative systems.
Strong understanding of healthcare operations, patient services, staff management, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
Experience in hospital/medical center establishment, operational planning, or service development will be an added advantage.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a competent, experienced, and highly organized Administrator - Medical or Hospital in MoheshKhali, Coxbazar to oversee the administrative and operational functions of our healthcare facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the hospital/medical center, maintaining high standards of patient service, coordinating with medical and non-medical teams, implementing administrative policies and SOPs, and ensuring compliance with applicable healthcare regulations and organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the overall administrative and operational activities of the hospital/medical center.
Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of all administrative, clinical support, and service departments.
Coordinate effectively with doctors, consultants, nurses, technicians, pharmacists, and administrative staff.
Develop, implement, and regularly update policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Ensure efficient patient registration, admission, discharge, appointment, billing, and other administrative processes.
Monitor patient satisfaction and take appropriate measures to improve the overall patient experience.
Supervise administrative, front-desk, HR, housekeeping, security, maintenance, and support service teams.
Develop staff schedules, monitor attendance, and support effective workforce management.
Establish departmental performance standards and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, safety standards, and organizational policies.
Coordinate with government authorities, regulatory bodies, vendors, suppliers, and external stakeholders when required.
Monitor facility maintenance, cleanliness, safety, security, and infection-control support systems.
Assist in preparing and monitoring departmental budgets, expenses, procurement, and cost-control measures.
Maintain accurate administrative records, reports, and documentation.
Identify operational problems and implement timely and effective solutions.
Support recruitment, staff development, training, performance evaluation, and employee discipline.
Assist senior management in strategic planning, service development, and organizational growth.
Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, ethical standards, and patient-centered service delivery throughout the facility.
